I have travelled all over the UK by train, and succeeded in travelling over all the passenger routes in 1985. I have also travelled over almost all of the freight routes in the UK courtesy of special charter trains and so on. I don't write down train numbers!
This gallery shows a selection of the many thousands of photographs I have taken over the years. Most of the pictures are after 2001 when I got my first digital camera, though I am slowly scanning my earlier negatives.
In this gallery the pictures are generally grouped by date.
